Here are some quick beauty and lifestyle tips for making your life easy. 


Easy Lifestyle & Health Tips
  • Control your anger & Your tongue too.
  • Don’t speak bad and harsh words to the others. 
  • Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
  • Try to cut down sugar from your daily life. Avoid artificial sugar as well.
  • Try to go 1 week without eating sugar go 1 week without eating artificial sugar.
  • Don’t watch TV while eating and skip using mobile too.
  • Eat less salt. No more than 6 gm daily.
  • Drink lots of water. Stay hydrated.
  • Eat Salad everyday.
  • Never Ever skip your breakfast. Always have a packet of nuts or some snack into your bag, whenever you are in hurry or outside.
  • Find an activity you love like hiking, dancing or sports. That way exercising won’t feel like exercise.
  • Don’t eat 2 hours before go to bed.
  • Get to know your body and do what works for you. 
  • Be active and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
  • Don’t take a walk just after eating, wait for 10-15 minutes then go ahead.
                                                 
Quick Beauty Tips
  • Always wear sunscreen according to your skin type.
  • Cut a tomato in half or take a piece of tomato dab it on sugar and scrub gently on your skin. You can see a clear difference on your skin after first use.
  • Try to add 2-3 drops of essential oil into your face mask, shampoo and moisturizer for the effective result. But don’t do too much.
  • Always remove your make up before sleep.

  • You can use glycerin as a moisturizer on your skin.
  • Use oil massage in a week on your face. You can use coconut or almond oil for great results. Take small amount of oil, massage it on your face, take a cotton ball and swipe out extra oil from your face. It will improve your skin texture and makes it bright.
  • Use Gram floor as Face wash or you can make an easy DIY Face Wash Powder also.
  • Use Egg on your hair for soft, smooth, silky hair. Use egg white only if you don’t like bad smell. Take egg white according to you hair length, add curd, 1 tsp honey, make a thin paste and apply all over your head from root to tip. Leave it on for 1 hour than wash it out with mild shampoo.
  • Eat protein and High-Fiber Foods for healthy skin and hair.
  • Do hot oil massage treatment for damaged hair before hair wash. you can also do this at night for great results.
